Here is a nice dipping recipe, Hummus with Labneh, spring onions and parsley.
In a food processor, mix fresh or canned Hummus, Labneh (preferable sour type), little garlic, little Tahini and salt.
Then place the mixture in a plate and mix some minced parsley and spring onions with it.
Top the Hummus and Labneh dipping with olive oil and Sumac.
